DEAL’s equipment is used to construct prefabricated spans up to 120m long.
It is designed and fabricated in order to ensure high performances, efficiency, safety, flexibility and multiple successive utilizations.
When designing gantry cranes, DEAL takes into consideration the overall design of the casting yard and the maximization of production cycles.
DEAL supplies both conventional and new generation lifting frames. The latter are suitable for cable-stayed bridge construction and allow for safe and extremely precise positioning of deck structural elements (edge beams, floor beams and deck slab), resulting in enormous productivity gains.
The growing reliance on precast elements for execution of civil works has accelerated the development of ever-more sophisticated precasting systems. DEAL can deliver highly technological solutions that increase productivity and can solve the most complex geometrical problems.
DEAL designs transporters having capacity up to 1600 ton. They are shaped to deliver the prefabricated elements to the erection front along the already erected viaduct, by taking into consideration the bridge characteristics at the construction phase.
